Keren has always loved motorcycles and was keen to get on two wheels at whatever level. She got started on a CF Papio pocket rocket, and whilst it was a lot of fun, Keren soon realised a step up was needed if she wanted to take her riding experiences to the next level.

Jim reached out to us a few weeks ago wanting to take a closer look at Kawasaki’s new KLX300. He needed some reassurance that the bike would be a good fit. He really wanted it to be comfortable. The friendly team at Procycles Kawasaki Hornsby invited Jim in, he sat on the bike and immediately settled in. With a few tweaks, courtesy of Kawasaki’s ERGO-FIT system, and Jim was ready to go.

The 2026 model is a lightweight dual-sport that balances daily usability with genuine trail-riding ability. The bullet-proof liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine delivers 19kW at 8000rpm and 24Nm at 7000rpm. Martin didn’t really need another motorcycle. But hey, he’s a BMW guy through and through. He just happened to be in our Procycles BMW Hornsby showroom when he needed a bit of retail therapy. Martin saw this S1000 RR M Sport, and he knew it was going to be the next bike to add to his collection. Who could blame him.

David made the trip down from the coast to Procycles BMW Hornsby to collect his new BMW F900 GS Adventure, and it was well worth the journey! Built to handle everything from the daily ride to epic off-road escapes, the F900 GS Adventure is ready for whatever comes next.

David’s BMW F900 GSA is a comfortable, and road-focused middleweight tourer that delivers 105 hp at 8,500 rpm and 67 lb-ft (93 Nm) of torque at 6,750 rpm from its lively parallel-twin motor with a strong mid-range punch that feels significantly faster than the older F850 GS model it supersedes. The biggest upgrade was to the electronics suite, now equipped with an excellent TFT dash display, cornering ABS Pro, Dynamic Traction Control, wheelie control, and multiple ride modes (Rain, Road, Enduro, and optional Dynamic Pro).

The suspension has also been uprated with 43mm Showa front forks (adjustable preload, rebound, and compression) and a Sachs rear shock featuring optional Dynamic ESA.

Fanting Shen had been searching for the right motorcycle, taking her time to explore the market and find something that truly stood out to her.

She came into Procycles Honda Sydney, at St Peters, to take a closer look at our wide range of bikes, and one motorcycle caught her attention above all the rest — the Honda CB650R. Fanting decided the CB650R was the one for her, left a deposit and ordered a selection of accessories which we fitted and soon it was new bike day.

Junior is one of our favourite characters at Procycles BMW Hornsby. He just upgraded his S1000 XR to the BMW M1000 XR. And whilst we were prepping the bike we added some Rad Guards, a Quadlock and Junior was away, a lot faster than when he arrived.

Junior’s S1000 XR was making 170 horsepower. The BMW M1000 XR variant also features BMW's ShiftCam engine technology but pumps out 201 horsepower. It’s 3 kg. lighter, has stiffer, shorter-travel electronic suspension and sharper geometry.

This ultra-high-performance motorcycle also comes with aggressive aerodynamic front winglets for downforce at high speeds, M-branded Nissin brakes and other upgraded components. But even though its track-capable, the M1000 XR is also a very balanced long-distance sports touring bike.

Huan-Chi was originally looking at a Triumph Speed 400 down the road, until he came up to Procycles Honda Sydney at St Peters and saw Honda’s GB350.

With his mate in his ear, they started to compare features and Huan-Chi soon realised the GB350 was the pick of the pair. The 2026 Honda GB350 is a stylish retro-inspired roadster that combines a classic look with modern reliability and everyday practicality. Powered by a smooth 348 cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine, it delivers strong low-to-mid range torque, making it relaxed and easy to ride. It still has Honda’s best tech, including LED lighting, ABS-equipped disc brakes, and a digital-analogue instrument cluster. But what most LAMS riders like is the comfortable upright riding position and lower seat height. It’s easy-going, manageable and an excellent choice for riders who appreciate the simplicity and charm of a classic with the dependability of a modern Honda.

Joe is a committed BMW GS rider who lives in Perth. He has owned and clocked up heaps of klms on a couple of R1200 GS’s - easy to do when you live in the wide-open spaces in Western Australia. Joe goes riding with his best mate Ian who owns a Multistrada S, so when Joe decided he needed to update to an R1300 GS Trophy, Ian thought he better do the same, otherwise he will never keep up.

The guys saw that Procycles BMW in Sydney had two late model BMW R1300 GS Trophy’s for sale, so they jumped on a plane and paid us a visit. Not hard as we are located only a few minutes from the Airport.

The two GS’s were almost identical, both fully factory optioned, plus with all luggage options already fitted. Joe and Ian loved the bikes, saying they looked even better than they did in the online pictures. We did the paperwork and they set out to ride the bikes back to Perth. We asked which way they would go and Joe winked and said “I think we’ll take the long way round.”

Nathan was after a LAMS bike to get started on, so he came into Procycles at Hornsby to check out his mid-range and middleweight supersport options. Across the brands they are all very high revving and tech-focussed. Nathan said he just wants to have fun and commute to work. So, we suggested he would be better off with a maximum torque Yamaha MT-07 LA, a cheaper option with a maximum fun factor. And with the money he saved Nathan was able to add the accessories he wanted. We fitted frame sliders, radiator guards and tank grips.

The MT-07LA was specifically built by Yamaha for the LAMS market in Australia. It’s powered by Yamaha’s ultra-reliable CP2 engine. It only weighs 183 kgs. The lightweight chassis and upright ergonomics suit both urban commuting and recreational weekend riding, it comes with a 5-inch TFT display, smartphone connectivity via the MyRide app, its practical, fuel-efficient and easy to ride. No wonder for only $15,149 ride away its one of the best LAMS motorcycles on the market.

Jonathan called us at Procycles Kawasaki Hornsby after seeing we had a very clean low klms Kawasaki Z900RS SE Yellowball, listed for sale online. He came in the next day to take a look and a test ride. Happy with his ride, we talked numbers and he went home to sleep on it. Next day he was back to place a deposit and asked us to order a centre stand.
The Z900 RS Yellowball is an iconic classic with a distinctive heritage yellow-and-black teardrop fuel tank which gives it a retro look from the 1970’s when the first Z1 was released.
Despite the vintage look, the Z900 SE is loaded with all the latest Kawasaki tech and electronics, including Kawasaki’s Traction Control features. The SE is also upgraded with an adjustable Öhlins S46 rear shock and retuned gold-anodized front forks. It’s equipped with high-grade Brembo M4.32 monoblock callipers and steel-braided lines.

Joel has been a Yamaha fan for years. He mostly commutes to work, but when it came time to update, he didn’t want that to dictate him riding something special. After debating his next ride with us for a few months, Joel finally decided to pre-order this beautiful 2026 model Yamaha R7HO … but with a few tweaks to set the bike off and make it different than the rest.

Once the bike arrived, Joel asked if we could paint the wheels gold, as well as fit new clutch and brake levers to match. We also went one step further and fitted a tail tidy and tinted windscreen, to finish the bike off.
We think it looks great and Joel is going to be even more impressed when he rides it.

This Yamaha YZF-R7HO is the high-output, full-power version, as distinct from the LAMS R7LA variant. It delivers 72 hp from the 689cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC inline CP2 twin-cylinder engine. Nicholas was visiting us here at Procycles Yamaha Sydney, shopping the market for his next bike. He initially settled for the Yamaha R9 but slowly figured out he could get just as much value from the R7, and he really didn’t do the sort of riding where he would use the extra power. So Nic decided on the 2026 Yamaha YZF-R7,  a lightweight Supersport that delivers an ideal balance of exhilarating performance, agile handling, and everyday usability.

For many years Nic loved riding around on his BMW S1000 R. When it came time for an update, Nic came into Procycles BMW Hornsby and spoke to our man BMW Brent. Benny is an enduro rider from way back with lots of great memories from when he used to rip through the bush. After a while off the bikes, now Benny is keen to get his mojo back.

It took a couple of months wait for Adriano to get his new BMW F900R in this stunning Snapper Rock Blue colour scheme. When the bike arrived at Procycles BMW Sydney, we all realised it was worth the wait. The premium build quality and class-leading tech is there for all to see.

First-time GS rider Patrick chose a BMW R1300 GS Pure, from Procycles BMW Sydney, as his stepping stone into the world of unlimited adventures.



An excellent choice if you want the high-performance 145 hp BMW ShiftCam Boxer engine, but prefer to skip the pricey, complex features. The "Pure" trim bridges the gap between the budget-friendly GS and the fully-loaded flagship models. It retains the core performance, but trims off some excess weight and complexity (like auto-lowering suspension and radar systems) that you might not need.



The Pure still develops 107 kW (145 hp) @ 7,750 rpm with torque of 149 Nm @ 6,500 rpm and a wet weight of 237 kg. Even in "Pure" trim, it’s incredibly well-equipped, including amazing electronics like ABS Pro (cornering ABS), Dynamic Brake Control, Tyre Pressure Control, Cruise Control, and Heated grips. With very capable Suspension including the Dynamic Package (DSA/Dynamic Suspension Adjustment), Gear Shift Assistant Pro, and Sports Brake. Plus Matrix LED headlights, Keyless ignition, a dedicated storage compartment with a phone charger, and Cross-spoke wheels.



And now then BMW R1300 GS Pure is even cheaper than before with a new Procycles BMW Ride Away Price of ONLY $27,316.44.

Gavin already knew how good the BMW R1300 GS was. He owned one previously and when it came time for a replacement, the only thing better was the new R1300GS Adventure Option 719 with full Black Alloy Luggage pack.

This is the pinnacle of the GSA lineup. It elevates the 145-hp base machine into a luxury, long-distance tourer. It adds the premium Option 719 Billet Pack Shadow package of custom-machined aluminium engine covers and levers with gold cross-spoke wheels, and upgraded heated rider and passenger seats, with an electric high windshield, and top-case preparation. The Tech add-ons include the Riding Assistant Suite, which is a radar-based blind spot monitor with adaptive cruise control. A distinctive feature of the Option 719 variant is the prestigious Aurelius Green "Karakorum" paintwork with gold highlights. Very patriotic if you are an Aussie.

Our first Procycles Yamaha Sydney new model Yamaha R7 went out the door braving the rain. There was no stopping Omar. He traded his RC390 and to something bigger, a lot more powerful and with all the latest technology.

Omar’s 2026 Yamaha R7 is probably the best value-for-money motorcycle on the market. This lightweight Supersport is powered by Yamaha’s proven 689 cc CP2 parallel-twin engine. It delivers strong torque and smooth, responsive acceleration. Built around a lightweight chassis it features fully adjustable suspension, and powerful dual front disc brakes. David owns a Panigale for when he has a need for speed, but its not exactly cut out for all-day comfort. So, David came into Procycles BMW Sydney and scored himself this beautiful BMW R12 nineT in Imperial Blue, for when a relaxed Sunday cruise is the order of the day.

David’s BMW R12 nineT beautifully blends classic retro with modern roadster performance. Its powered by an iconic 1170cc air/oil-cooled boxer engine, and delivers 109 horsepower, with an abundance of low-end torque. The boxer twin produces a deeply satisfying rumble and wave of torque. Diego gave us a call at Procycles Yamaha Hornsby, looking for a new 2026 YZ250F, to replace his 2025 model that was unfortunately stolen just a few weeks after he initially purchased it. Diego needed to ride and wanted a replacement bike ASAP. Lucky for him we had one ready to go. He came in at 4pm to see it, he pulled the trigger, and we got it ready for him in under an hour!



The Procycles Yamaha team showed Diego all of the great features with the Power Tuner App, like the ECU Lock and Torque Control Mapping, and this time we made sure he purchased an insurance policy … just in case. The new Yamaha YZ250F is priced at $13,549 out the door. And Diego promises he will be back to get his partner sorted with a new bike.

Michael traded his Royal Enfield on this 2026 Kawasaki KLE500 SE - a rally-inspired adventure motorcycle designed to deliver a balanced mix of touring comfort, everyday practicality, and light off-road capability. At Procycles Kawasaki Sydney, it was our first sale of this new KLE model. Michael has been researching this bike for a while, so when he came to the shop he knew what he wanted.

Powered by a 451 cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 45 hp and 42.6 Nm of torque, it offers smooth, accessible performance paired with a 6-speed gearbox and assist & slipper clutch. Built on a lightweight steel trellis frame, the KLE500 SE features long-travel suspension, a 21-inch front wheel, upright ergonomics, and an 870 mm seat height, giving riders confidence on both paved roads and dirt trails. Procycles at Hornsby would like to welcome Denis to our growing Yamaha family. Here he is with his new 2026 Yamaha D’elight 125. Denis called us a few weeks ago looking at different scooter options, and was deciding between the Yamaha NMAX and the D’elight. In the end it was the weight and price point of the D’elight that made it hard to say no.

Denis is mainly going to use the D’elight as more convenient way of exploring locations and just use it as a run-around while he is travelling the country with his wife Ida. They purchased a tow ball bike rack from us and have fitted it to the back of their caravan and plan to bring the scooter with them wherever they go. Denis has bought a few bikes from us in the past and we were happy to help him get another. The D’elight is only $4,199 ride away at Procycles Hornsby and St Peters. 

Amogha has had his eyes on a new BMW S1000 R for a long time. When he saw the great EOFY Sale prices currently being offered at the Procycles BMW Hornsby and St Peters stores he soon made up his mind to pull the trigger. Our Hornsby BMW man Brent sorted Amogha out with this beautiful Bluefire/Yellow BMW S1000 R Sport, fitted with the all-important factory Protection pack. 

The BMW S1000 R Sport is a really great motorcycle. It’s a highly versatile hyper-naked that focuses the ferocious performance of the S1000 RR superbike into a more manageable, road-friendly package. Delivering an impressive 170 horsepower, it balances blistering acceleration with top-tier electronics and everyday street manners.

Jobin and his friends all go adventure riding together and the more they ride the more serious they are getting. Bala had always loved the look of the BMW R12 nineT Highline. When he decided he just had to have one, Bala came into Procycles BMW Hornsby and our man Brent took him through all the features and then arranged a test ride. Bala was hooked with his ride. He sat straight down with Brent to discuss the details and order his options. It took a couple of months for the bike to be built to his specifications. The time flew by and it wasn’t long before Bala was back to collect his awesome new machine. Then Bala added engine protection bars to protect that amazing Boxer motor.

This modern retro masterpiece has a classic look on the outside, but under that skin it is loaded with the latest BMW tech, performance and safety features. Plus, the finish, paintwork and build quality is so good it could only come from BMW. Congratulations Bala. This a wonderful motorcycle.

Junyan is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who has always had a passion for high-performance bikes. When it came time to update, Junyan spent a considerable amount of time looking at his options in the Superbike category. After exhausting research and comparing all the litre bikes, Junyan decided that the one for him was this stunning Matte Black Yamaha YZF-R1. Kim has had a ball on his R1250 GS, getting out of the city, going on adventure trips with his friends, clocking up lots of klm’s and making memories. But there comes a time when you risk getting left behind, and your mates never stop reminding you.

Kim started looking at the latest BMW range and thought the F900 GS Adventure in Triple Black ticked all the boxes, particularly with the option of off-road tyres. He came into Procycles BMW Hornsby, almost ready to do the deal – until Kim’s mates got in his ear, telling him to forget the 900. What he really needed was a new BMW R1300 GS! It was only a matter of time before FOMO kicked in and Kim succumbed to their pressure. Just kidding, Kim loved the look of the all-new R1300 GS Trophy colour and he had a great time going through all the options, adding the Enduro Pack Pro, Auto Shift Assist, Adaptive Height Control and Forged Wheels to his order. Finally, his new bike arrived and now Kim can’t wait to get out riding with his mates. They are going to wish he bought the 900.

John is always welcome at Procycles BMW Hornsby. He’s back for his third bike from us, trading his R1250 RS for this quality second hand R1300 GS Trophy. 

This bike was a trade in good nick, but it still went into our workshop for a 40-point health check and a detail before it was allowed on pour showroom floor. Procycles want all of our customers to have a new bike experience … whatever they buy. Dan is a great friend to Procycles BMW Hornsby and has bought lots of  bikes from us over the years. Lots of serious sport bikes. But sometimes Dan wants to just jump on, twist and go. Down to the shops, a quick commute, or off to a mate’s place.

So Dan popped in to see us and grabbed a BMW C400 GT ion, purely for the convenience. The perfect bike for when you are doing nothing special, without sacrificing style, safety, comfort and performance.

David is progressing through his motorcycling journey in a sensible way. He started on his Yamaha R3 and has now moved on to a Yamaha R7 as his next upgrade. Bruce recently bought himself a CF Moto to cruise around on, but he found the seating position didn’t suit him and he couldn’t get comfortable. So, Bruce came in to see us at Procycles Kawasaki in Hornsby, to check out our latest Cruiser range. One sit on Kawasaki’s Vulcan S was all it took. Bruce instantly settled into Kawasaki’s legendary Ergo-Fit ergonomics system. Brent heads up our Procycles BMW Hornsby showroom. He was really looking forward to taking his trusty BMW 1250 GSA down to Tasmania for the GS Rally a few months ago. What Brent didn’t know was that he would be leaving it there, after a mishap. Not to worry. It was a good excuse to trade up to an all-new BMW 1300 GS Adventure Trophy, fitted  with Adaptive Height Control, the Enduro Pro package and Forged Wheels and a Top Box. Brent also added a Wunderlich Extreme Bash plate, Wunderlich Headlight Protector, Bark Busters and STEDI Spotlights.

 Understandably, first day on the bike, Brent did the obligatory Putty Rd Loop and loved every minute of it. 

A bit of a change for Mick from his CBR1100 Blackbird to this immaculate BMW R1200 GS Adventure, in as new condition and with full-service history in its logbook with us. At Procycles BMW Sydney this is the perfect scenario. We originally sold the GSA, we maintained it, we traded it, and we can on-sell the bike to Mick with confidence, knowing that everything has been done right. When the GSA arrived back to Procycles, it went into our workshop for its compulsory health check, we addressed any issues and detailed the bike for our showroom. Now, for a motorcycle that’s over 15 years old, it looks amazing.

Lisa came into Procycles Kawasaki Hornsby a week ago with Keith, one of our previous customers. She was in the market for her first bike and wanted to see all of the options available. We sat her on most of our LAMS approved bikes and she felt most comfortable on Kawasaki’s Z500 SE, everything fitted perfectly. This is a familiar story with Kawasaki’s LAMS bikes.
