Prepreg is a pre-impregnated carbon fabric with uniform resin distribution and a high fibre volume ratio. Autoclave processing ensures perfect curing and prevents air inclusions. The carbon parts are laminated by hand and then precisely cut by robot.

Unique to Ilmberger is the plastic powder coating, which protects the parts from environmental influences and provides an incomparable depth effect. This sealing prevents ageing and significantly extends the service life of the parts.

The final silk-matt clear coat ensures a smooth, luxurious and sporty surface finish.
