Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fibre fabric, is characterised by uniform resin distribution while maintaining a high fibre volume content. This ensures maximum strength and increases the flexibility of the components. The autoclave process, a high-pressure oven operating under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, ensures perfect, even curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air inclusions in the material and guarantees consistently high-quality components.
