This heated AKTIVKOMFORT seat is also manufactured with a characteristic, ergonomic 3D contour that allows the rider to become one with their BMW motorcycle. It is designed for motorcycles that were delivered without factory-installed seat heating.

The heating performance of the high-quality AKTIVKOMFORT seat heating element is conveniently and safely controlled by a two-stage switch located on the left side of the seat – keeping the throttle hand where it belongs: on the handlebars. The shape and incline of the intricately crafted seat core, into which the heating element is integrated, support the ergonomically beneficial, natural posture of the pelvis. Integrated into the motorcycle in this way, it provides a relaxed, and therefore active, riding experience. And, without a doubt, relaxed seating adds a degree of passive safety. With our ThermoPro rider and pillion seats, the seat surface temperature in the blazing sun during the height of summer is up to 25°C lower compared to conventional cover materials. The power supply can be disconnected with a quick coupling for easy seat removal.
