Function and Product Features

• The robust mounting kit enables the installation of the Wunderlich engine protection bar in combination with the following valve cover & cylinder protection protectors:
  • Wunderlich valve cover & cylinder protectors #36611-002
  • The Option 719 cylinder head covers
• The two halves of the engine protection bar are each offset outward by 20 millimetres, creating the necessary space for the protectors
• The installation kit replaces the screws and sleeves included with the original engine protection bar
• Easy installation

With this installation kit, the right and left sections of the engine protection bar can each be moved approximately 20 millimetres further outward. This measure provides the necessary space to combine our valve cover & cylinder protectors #36611-002 as well as the Option 719 cylinder head covers with our engine protection bar.

We design the distance between our engine protection and the original valve covers to be close-fitting but with a safety margin. This achieves maximum protective effect while maintaining balanced overall design. However, this close-fitting installation does not allow for the combination with the components mentioned above. This installation kit makes it possible with minimal effort.
