Disclaimer GYTR recommends to use the kit on a new 2018-2019 YZ125, if being fitted to a used YZ125, please ensure the engine is first overhauled and critical components are fresh to ensure performance and durability. This means YZ125 from 2017 and before can also make use of this kit.
Note: To run this kit you MUST ensure you always use a "resistor type" spark plug for combatiability with the GYTR CDI unit. These are standard ex factory, but please check prior to running the bike.
This engine kit is developed in cooperation with the Yamaha Factory Racing. It is a result of their top-level knowledge combined with their GP racing experience. The target of this kit is to improve the performance of the production YZ125. Attention has been paid to reach a high performance level without forgetting the engine durability on heavy racetrack conditions.
