The area of the swingarm bearing, swingarm, collector, gearbox, and shock absorber are located in front of the rear wheel. They are therefore exposed to dirt, stone chips, and water thrown up by the rear wheel. Apart from the dirt that accumulates, this puts significant strain on the technical components.
This inner mudguard protects the shock absorber, shock absorber mount, swingarm, gearbox, and collector. It captures and reliably directs the splashed water and foreign objects.
