APRILIA RS 660 (2020 - 2024) Titanium Full Exhaust (2-1) with SC1-R Muffler

The SC-Project full system exhaust is the direct result of the research, development and design work carried out by the R&D department for the Trophy Aprilia Racing RS 660.

SC-Project, with the aim of improving performance and aesthetics of the Aprilia RS 660 has created a complete unit designed to house the original lambda probe, showcases first-class technical solutions: the use of CNC machined bushings turned from solid allow the exhaust system impeccable coupling that make fitting easier and improve system performance. The implementation of a lighter system ensures better bike rideability. The production of pipes of variable dimensions guarantees a marked increase in performance both in terms of torque and maximum power through the entire bend. The removal of the original catalyst means a significant operating temperature reduction as well as a dark and deep sound, the real SC-Project hallmark.

The muffler SC1-R is created and developed by the experience of the SC-Project racing department in the most important World Competitions. A look with taut and decided lines will enrich Your BMW S 1000 XR making it unique and exclusive. The exit pipe obtained by hydroforming and the carbon fiber end cap from the rhomboidal asymmetric shape make inimitable the silencer SC1-R. The lightweight outer body is available in Carbon version. The weldings with T.I.G., the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the insert bushings made in CNC machining embellish the SC1-R silencer. In the version Carbon on the silencer is applied an insert with the SC-Project logo as in the versions of our mufflers used in Competitions.
