APRILIA RSV4 (2021 - 2024) - FACTORY Full exhaust system 4-2-1, titanium, with SC1-R Muffler (250 mm)

The 4-2-1 full titanium exhaust system for the new Aprilia RSV4 comes directly from the experience of SC-Project Race Department with Aprilia Racing Factory Team.

No compromises, maximum performance, maximum attention to details, the best technologies and the best materials for the creation of a real state-of-the-art exhaust system. It’s available in two different configurations: 250 mm or 350 mm length.

The silencer is the SC-Project milestone, the carbon fiber SC1-R. The 350 mm length version has been specifically developed for high-performance and noise restriction race tracks: it has a removable baffle (100 dB with baffle at 6500 rpm / 102 dB w-out baffle at 6500). On the other hand, the 250 mm length silencer is more indicated for maximum power and torque without baffle (+9.8 hp and +7.5 Nm at 8700 rpm).

The 4-2-1 full exhaust system is totally manufactured in lightweight titanium, with all TIG weldings handcrafted in protected environment. This full system is equipped with connections for original lambda probes. The mounting springs have metal covers to withstand maximum stress. The kit is completed with a specific heat protection and mounting bracket, both in carbon fiber. All the small parts and mounting brackets are included in the installation kit.

The weight reduction is outstanding: -3.9 kg with 350 mm silencer / -4.2 kg with 250 mm silencer (if compared to the original exhaust system).

The performance increase is massive: to obtain the maximum performance and optimize the maximum power, we recommend the ECU remapping.
