APRILIA RSV4 (2025-2026) - FACTORY S1 titanium exhaust

The conical shape combined with essential lines, make the S1 silencer a benchmark in terms of aesthetic and sound emotion. The absolute top quality finish of the outer sleeve in ultra-light titanium, the TIG weldings handcrafted in protected environment and the accuracy of the carbon fiber end cap shape, are a pure joy for the look of the bike.

Everything has been developed to offer an incredible performance improvement together with a great upgrade of the agility of the Aprilia RSV4, thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of more than 85% (if compared to the OEM exhaust) and a power boost of 5,0 hp and 3,5 Nm at 10000 rpm together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

As soon as you start the engine on your Aprilia RSV4, the conical shape will reward you with strong and deep notes, and 108 dB at 6700 RPM of true SC-Project signature sound.

To improve even more the look of the RSV4, the silencer’s body is enriched with the elegant SC-Project laser etched logo.

For the installation of the S1 slip-on it is necessary to remove the original exhaust valve. 100% plug-and-play installation. ECU remapping is recommended to optimize the performance of the engine.
