Beak extension - carbon

The beak/fender extension replaces the original part and can be installed on the original mounting points.

In the foreground are weight reduction (normally about 70 % reduction compared to the original part) and higher rigidity.

The carbon part was made in autoclave, following the latest directives, from Prepreg material. The next step, as usual in our company, was to cover it with a clear plastic coating as a protection against environmental influences.

This plastic coating overtakes the standard clear paint coat with better protection effect, scratch resistance and stability . The coating is great, not only under a technical point of view, but also underlines the three-dimensional effect of carbon.
