BMW R 12 G/S (2026) Rally Raid titanium exhaust

Born on the proving ground of the most extreme rally competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project off-road racing experience into the BMW R12 G/S.

For this bike, it allows a sensible weight reduction of 30% (-0,9 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1,9 hp and 1,7 Nm of torque at 6700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The development of this exhaust has been completed with SC-Project typical signature: the sound. The voice of the German boxer engine will be emphasised with deep and aggressive tones in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulation.

The Rally Raid silencer’s body is manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap (60 mm diameter) which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during extremely tough off-road races and long adventure trips in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off road. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment): top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

The installation is plug and play; ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is suitable with the OEM central stand.
