Ducati DESERTX (2022-2026) Rally Raid Muffler, titanium

Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions.

The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real bench mark for the multi-purpose bikes like Ducati DesertX, in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive endcap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product has been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Ducati DesertX, the Rally Raid muffler comes in short, compact and very aggressive version (250mm lenght) and allows to a huge reduction of weight (-50% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get an outstanding maximum gain of 1,5 hp and 1,2 Nm of torque @8.200rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.

The mounting of Rally Raid silencer is 100% plug-and-play: as additional option, it can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing decat, provided as accessory.
