Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions.
The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the multi-purpose bikes like Honda XL750 Transalp, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most different conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
This product has been tested and developed with a specific configuration for Honda XL750 Transalp: the kit includes a specific carbon fiber heat shield and a specific homologation certificate for street legal use. The product is totally plug and play, it can be installed without any modification and it is compatible with original side cases. The Rally Raid silencer is completed with a precious aluminum plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the racing exhausts manufactured by SC-Project Reparto Corse for the supported racing teams.
For the Honda XL750 Transalp, the Rally Raid muffler allows to save weight and to get a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
