Ilmberger spark plug connector cover - left - carbon

Left spark plug connector cover for BMW R 1250 GS from 2019. The spark plug connector cover is made from carbon and screws on to the vehicle at the existing attachment points. It enhances the vehicle's appearance and offers additional protection against damage. The parts are installed using the original attachment points.

The carbon part is manufactured entirely from pre-preg material in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines, and in an additional step as usual for Ilmberger it is covered with a clear plastic coating for increased protection against impact damage and the elements. This plastic covering exceeds the customary clear lacquer covering in the protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability to a large degree. The coating not only scores technically, however, it also visually accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
