KAWASAKI KLE500 (2026) MX carbon fibre exhaust (dual positions mounting*)

Engineered and designed to improve the offroad look of the Kawasaki KLE 500, the MX silencer stands out for its advanced technology and the global manufacturing accuracy.

All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment): top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

To enhance the handling of the KLE, the MX muffler’s body is constructed using only high quality carbon fibre, allowing a massive weight reduction of over 50% (-2.2 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) while upgrading the performance of the engine by an outstanding maximum gain of 1,1 hp at 8000 rpm and 0,9 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

Through the carbon fibre end cap the sound of Kawasaki’s engine will be improved thanks to deep and dark tones in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulation.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

The kit also includes:

• a carbon fibre heat shield to provide a premium look to the bike.
• two different brackets to allow different mounting: for high-mount position or low-mount position (required for OEM side cases).

The installation is plug and play; ECU remapping is not necessary.
