KAWASAKI NINJA ZX-10R - RR (2026) SC1-R carbon fibre exhaust, with de-cat link pipe, 350 mm

Our SC1-R muffler represents a true benchmark in the WSBK championship and combined with the de-cat link pipe, has been developed to deliver an authentic racing experience to every rider, enhancing both engine performance and handling of the flagship of Kawasaki’s Ninja range: the ZX-10R.

Thanks to the high quality carbon fibre silencer’s body and the ultralight titanium de-cat link pipe, this product provides an incredible weight reduction of over 60% if compared to OEM exhaust, while upgrading the performance of the engine +14,2 hp at 9500 rpm and +10,5 Nm of torque at 9500 rpm together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

This 350 mm version of the SC1-R silencer has been developed to offer the best performance in combination with a low level of noise (102 dB at 6500 rpm with dB-killer installed), allowing access to almost every race track in the world even under noise limitations. The noise level without the dB-killer installed will be 105 dB at 6500 rpm.

Every detail of this silencer reflects SC-Project’s extreme quality and performance, with a strong focus on premium materials and advanced production processes such as the handcrafted TIG weldings, the hydroformed asymmetrical outlet, and the distinctive sporty carbon fibre end cap.

The inlet of this muffler has a generous diameter of 70 mm and it’s CNC machined in full titanium to offer an absolutely perfect installation. This detail is the result of years of experience in the most challenging world championships, highlighting the strong racing pedigree of this product even more.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

To further refine the aesthetics of the Ninja, the kit includes a specific premium carbon fibre heat shield. The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s totally reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
