The CR-T M2 Ti-Carbon is the result of SC-Project’s R&D Department's endless research for perfection. Showcasing extremely advanced features and technologies, this muffler is engineered to enhance the dynamic character of Kawasaki’s Z900.

The extraordinarily compact body of the muffler is manufactured using SC-Project’s innovative “Ti-Carbon” technology. This material represents a true innovation in exhaust materials, combining the extreme lightness of carbon fibre with the incredible strength of titanium alloy, resulting in a composite with unique technical characteristics and an exceptional design. The exhaust structure is made of carbon fibre with a titanium-reinforced weave, an exclusive combination that delivers extreme lightness, outstanding structural strength and a top-level technical look.

The distinctive carbon + titanium weave creates a unique and distinctive texture, enhancing the racing character of the silencer while ensuring greater robustness compared to traditional carbon fibre solutions.

The “Ti-Carbon” technology is used as well for the heat shield included in the kit, in order to replace the OEM component. The final result is simply unique for the aesthetic of the bike: this product achieves an incredibly harmonious look enhancing the Z900’s visual impact resulting in the perfect balance between elegance and sharpness.

The CR-T M2 “Ti-Carbon” ensures an astonishing weight reduction of 75% compared to the OEM exhaust, contributing to improved vehicle dynamics. Performance gains are remarkable, with up to +3.4 hp at 8700 rpm and +3.9 Nm of torque at 7700 rpm, along with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

This silencer displays the unmistakable acoustic signature that defines SC-Project. The sound of the four-cylinder engine is intensified by deep, aggressive tones – while remaining fully compliant with Euro 5+ regulations.

Each unit is finished to the highest standards, featuring the spectacular handcrafted TIG welds on the sector link pipe and a titanium honeycomb grid at the generously sized exhaust outlet – highlighting the product’s technical refinement and racing pedigree.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

Installation is fully plug&play, with no ECU remapping required.
