KTM 690 SMC R / 690 ENDURO R (2021 - 2024) X-Plorer II GT titanium exhaust

The silencer X-Plorer II GT is the answer of the SC-Project R&D department for a maxi-motard bike like KTM 690 SMC R / Enduro R. SC-Project developed this streamlined exhaust. The carbon fiber end cap perfectly matches the shape of the muffler body which is entIrely manufactured in ultra-light titanium.

The X-Plorer II GT muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested in the most several conditions, both on road and off road use. All the components in titanium and SAE 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

On the KTM 690 SMC R / Enduro R, the X-Plorer II GT muffler allows a massive weight reduction (-42% if compared to the OEM exhaust) improving the handling while getting it even faster by an outstanding maximum gain of 2.5 hp and 3.0 Nm of torque at 5700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

Everything has been developed and tuned to give you a unique and deep sound experience while maintaining the noise at the reasonable level of 96 dB at 4000 rpm.

The installation is plug and play, ECU remapping is not necessary.
