KTM 990 DUKE (2024-2026) S1 titanium exhaust

Engineered and designed to let you feel every beat of the KTM 990 Duke, the S1 racing muffler is the perfect combination of lightness, design and SC-Project signature sound.

The S1 racing muffler allows an outstanding weight reduction of over -55% (-2,0 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get an incredible maximum gain of 1,5 hp at 8700 rpm and 1,2 Nm of torque at 8700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

In this race-use-only configuration, the S1 silencer comes with a removable baffle. This solution will give you the choice between a loud (but acceptable) sound output of 98 dB at 4800 rpm – with dB-killer installed – and a louder voice of 102 dB at 4800 rpm without dB-killer.

The conical body shape enriched by SC-Project lasered logo and the elegant carbon fibre end cap, make the S1 silencer a benchmark in terms of aesthetic and sound emotion. The absolute top quality finish of the outer sleeve in ultra-light titanium and the handcrafted TIG weldings, are a pure joy for the look of the bike.

The kit is completely plug and play and it is enriched by a specific high quality carbon fibre heat shield. ECU remapping is not necessary.
