Suzuki V-STROM 800DE / 800SE (2023 - 2025) Adventure titanium exhaust

Specifically designed and tested to join the design of modern multipurpose and maxi-enduro bikes, SC-Project developed the Adventure muffler for the Suzuki V-Strom 800 in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The Adventure silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium and a carbon fibre end cap made in autoclave with a very typical double-output. All the technical solutions and the design of this muffler has been tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components in titanium and SAE 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Suzuki V-Strom 800, the Adventure muffler allows a huge weight reduction (-37% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1.4 hp at 7600 rpm and 1.0 Nm of torque at 5900 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The Adventure silencer is equipped with a matt carbon fibre heat shield and is available in two different finishes with lasered SC-Project’s logo: natural titanium and matt black ceramic paint.

The installation is plug and play, ECU remapping is not necessary and last but not least, this silencer is suitable with OEM side cases and with the original central stand.
