TRIUMPH TIGER 900 (2020-2023) X-Plorer II Muffler, with Carbon fiber end cap

Specifically designed, tested and projected to join the design of modern MULTIPURPOSE and MAXI-ENDURO bikes, SC-Project developed the ADVENTURE muffler for the TRIUMPH TIGER 900 in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.

The ADVENTURE silencer is manufactured with high quality titanium and a carbon fiber end cap made in autoclave with a very typical double-output. All the technical solutions and the design of this muffler has been tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off-road use. All the components in titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the TRIUMPH TIGER 900, the ADVENTURE muffler allows a huge weight reduction (-44% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1.1 hp and 1.3 Nm of torque @ 6100 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid-range.

The installation is plug&play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer is suitable with OEM side cases and comes with a precious carbon fiber heat shield.
