YAMAHA MT-09 (2024-2026) 3-1 Stainless steel full exhaust system, with CR-T carbon exhaust

This full exhaust system has been developed to offer the best performance together with a great improvement of the agility of the Yamaha MT-09 (SP), thanks to an outstanding weight reduction of over 50% if compared to the original exhaust system and an incredible performance gain of 4.0 hp at 9500 rpm and 2.3 Nm at 9500 rpm.

In order to let you enjoy every single beat that the 3 cylinder can produce, we developed this full system following the rule “sound without compromise”. Thanks to the huge outlet of the CR-T muffler you will be rewarded with an astonishing 115 dB at 5000 rpm, sending shivers down your spine at every rev.

The headers are manufactured with AISI 304 Stainless Steel to guarantee the best resistance and durability. The CR-T muffler is made with high quality carbon fibre and is enriched by an exclusive aluminium plate with SC-Project logo, just like the exhaust systems of our Reparto Corse. This product is entirely manufactured in Italy, using only the latest technologies available, like every single SC-Project product.

The installation of the kit is completely plug and play and it’s completely reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the motorcycle’s ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
