Manufactured of extremely resistant AISI 304 Stainless Steel, this full system ensures a remarkable weight reduction of 35% compared to the OEM exhaust, contributing to improved vehicle dynamics. Performance gains are astonishing, with up to 4.2 hp at 9500 rpm and 3.0 Nm of torque at 9500 rpm, along with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

Every detail has been designed to deliver an authentic SC-Project experience: through the outlet of the Oval R60 carbon fibre muffler, the sound of Yamaha’s three cylinder will be improved by deep, aggressive tones, with 102 dB at 5000 rpm with dB-killer installed and a louder sound of 108 dB at 5000 rpm without dB-killer.

The look of this full system is simply incredible: the CNC machined round outlet and the matt black Ceramic Coating – developed to be highly resistant to extreme heat – are authentic technological masterpieces.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used by our Racing Department.

The installation is completely plug and play and it’s totally reversible. The kit is enriched by a specific carbon fibre heat shield. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

Together with this kit, the purchase of SC-Project ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the XSR 900 GP ECU could generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it needs to be connected to the OBD socket and it will automatically manage the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system.
