The SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended when installing this full racing exhaust system. Removing the original catalytic converter may cause the Yamaha R7’s ECU to detect a fault and generate an error code or warning light. Developed by SC-Project specifically for Euro 5+ motorcycles, the ECR+ automatically manages catalyst-related ECU errors, ensuring the correct operation of the motorcycle’s onboard electronic systems.

Installation is quick and simple—just connect the device to the motorcycle’s OBD diagnostic port, and the ECR+ will automatically manage ECU communications without the need for complex programming or modifications.
